How We Helped Mob Armor Grow Revenue Over 500% In A Year
The challenge
When Mob Armor first started working with us, almost all of the brand revenue was coming from a single paid channel.
At the time, growth was heavily reliant on Facebook ads, with limited traction across other paid marketing channels. The brand had strong products and a passionate customer base, but there was a clear opportunity to strengthen the foundations of the website, improve conversion, and unlock new revenue channels.
The strategy
We began by identifying the key areas holding back growth and building a stronger foundation for scale.
This included reviewing the website, conversion pathways, tracking, and paid marketing structure to ensure the business was set up to support growth across multiple channels.
From there, the biggest opportunity became clear: Mob Armor needed to diversify beyond Facebook and unlock profitable new acquisition channels.
What we did
Strengthened the website and conversion foundation
We supported Mob Armor with foundational website and conversion improvements, helping create a stronger base for traffic to convert into sales.
These improvements helped ensure that as paid marketing scaled, the website was better positioned to turn that traffic into revenue.
Scaled Google Ads
Mob Armor had limited activity on Google when the partnership began. We helped scale Google from a standing start into a profitable acquisition channel holding a strong return on ad spend. Google continues to perform today, giving the brand a reliable sales channel outside of Meta.
Unlocked TikTok and TikTok Shop
One of the biggest growth opportunities came through TikTok. In Q4 2025 we recommended that Mob Armor activate TikTok and TikTok Shop, including TikTok GMV Max campaigns. This allowed the brand to tap into existing creator content and put paid spend behind videos that were already resonating with audiences.
This quickly became a major revenue driver. As TikTok gained momentum, Mob Armor doubled down on affiliate and creator-led content, allowing creators to produce videos, earn commissions, and help drive sales at scale.
Applied creator-led learnings to Meta
The success on TikTok revealed the power of creator content and UGC for the brand.
Mob Armor identified Trybe as a way to source and manage creator content at scale and push it into Facebook and Instagram ads. We worked through the decision with them and backed it, and it proved to be a sound call.
This became a major unlock for Meta performance, and it also gave the brand a repeatable content development workflow feeding both Meta and TikTok. That workflow is a large part of why the growth has kept compounding month on month.
The results
In twelve months, Mob Armor grew total sales by over 500% year on year, finishing the period with monthly revenue more than six times higher than when the engagement began.
The growth curve stepped up in three distinct phases: the Google build out through mid to late 2025, the TikTok and TikTok Shop activation in Q4 2025, and the creator-led Meta rebuild through the first half of 2026.
The growth came from a combination of stronger website foundations, improved conversion, and the successful scaling of multiple marketing channels including Google, TikTok, TikTok Shop, and Meta.

- The outcome
Mob Armor growth was not the result of one single tactic. It came from building the right foundation, identifying profitable channel opportunities, and scaling the strategies that were already showing traction.
By diversifying the brand marketing mix and leaning into creator-led content, we helped Mob Armor unlock a more scalable and sustainable path to growth, one the brand now runs largely under its own steam.
