An agency manages your channels for you. EcomIQ helps you decide what to prioritize and how your team should execute it. You keep ownership of your brand, data and decisions. Your Personal Strategist holds the plan together and brings in specialists when their input is needed. It is strategic support, not done-for-you execution.
Courses give you general content to work through. EcomIQ gives you strategic guidance based on your actual business. Your Personal Strategist owns the plan, specialists join according to the current priority, and support continues in Slack between sessions. It is focused on decisions and implementation, not more information.
We work with brands across ecommerce platforms, although our team’s deepest experience is with Shopify. Pacific IQ is a Shopify Premier Partner, so our technical guidance is strongest for Shopify stores. If you use another platform, we can still help with acquisition, retention and operations.
You begin with a strategy session with your Personal Strategist to set direction and pressure-test your priorities. You then have two sessions each month with the specialist best suited to your current goals. Every session ends with clear next steps, while your Personal Strategist stays across the wider plan. Each quarter, you review progress and reset priorities together.
Yes. Your Personal Strategist adjusts the specialist support as your priorities change. One month you might focus on retention, the next on paid media, then Shopify conversion. You are not locked into one specialist or channel.
Yes. Most of our work translates well across markets because Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo and SEO operate similarly wherever you sell. If your store and advertising are in English and you sell DTC, we can work together.
Yes, six months. The first month is used to understand the business and set priorities. Months two and three focus on implementation, while the following months give you time to review, refine and build momentum. Meaningful growth rarely comes from a single short-term change.
